Sanetis is a distributor, not a service centre — and we are transparent about that distinction. Beyond supplying professional cleaning equipment, we offer two areas of direct support to our B2B clients: pre-purchase technical consultation and spare parts supply.

Pre-Purchase Consultation

Choosing the right professional cleaning equipment is not always straightforward. Machine specifications, floor types, facility size, usage intensity, and budget all affect the decision. Before placing an order, clients are welcome to contact our team directly to discuss their requirements and receive product recommendations based on their specific operational context.

We do not push products. We match equipment to environments.

Spare Parts & Accessories

We maintain availability of spare parts, consumables, and accessories for the equipment we supply. This includes wear parts such as brushes, pads, filters, and seals, as well as functional components required for ongoing maintenance.

When ordering spare parts, please provide the equipment model, serial number, and a description of the part required. Our team will confirm availability and lead time.

Warranty & Repairs

All equipment supplied by Sanetis is covered by a 24-month warranty. In the event of a defect, the client ships the unit to our address and Sanetis arranges repair or replacement. We do not provide on-site repair or field service visits. Full details are set out in our Warranty Terms & Conditions.

What We Do Not Offer

In the interest of clarity: Sanetis does not provide on-site installation, on-site repair, or field service visits. We do not offer maintenance contracts or service agreements. For equipment requiring on-site technical intervention, we recommend contacting the manufacturer’s authorised service network directly. We are happy to assist in identifying the appropriate service contact for your region.
