Sanetic ships professional cleaning equipment across Poland, the European Union, and internationally. All orders are processed on a B2B basis — a formal invoice is issued for every transaction.

Delivery

Poland. Orders are delivered via professional courier services. For large or heavy equipment, palletised freight shipping is arranged. Standard delivery within Poland typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Free shipping applies to all orders with a net value of 5 000 PLN or above. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated individually and indicated in the order confirmation.

European Union. We deliver to all EU member states. Delivery timelines vary by destination country. Free shipping applies to all EU orders with a net value of 2 000 EUR or above. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated individually and indicated in the order confirmation.

Rest of the world. International delivery outside the EU is available upon individual arrangement. Please contact us directly to discuss options, lead times, and shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the European Union.

Alternatively, clients based in Poland are welcome to collect their order directly from our warehouse by prior arrangement. Please contact us to schedule a collection.

For orders delivered by our own vehicle within an agreed radius, direct delivery may be arranged individually — please enquire at the time of ordering.

Upon receipt, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the delivery. Any visible damage to packaging or goods must be noted on the carrier’s delivery document at the time of receipt and reported to Sanetic within 48 hours at sales@corpcleaningsolutions.com

Sanetic is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

Sanetic accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer on the basis of a formal invoice, online card payment, and advance payment or deposit where applicable.

For new clients or large orders, advance payment or a deposit may be required prior to dispatch. The required amount and conditions will be confirmed in the order confirmation. Clients with an established business account may be eligible for deferred payment terms on an individual basis.

Payment by bank transfer is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is considered received on the date the full invoiced amount is credited to Sanetic’s bank account.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. For EU-registered businesses supplying a valid VAT ID, intra-EU reverse charge rules may apply. Please indicate your VAT number when placing an order.
