Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from SANETIS EU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at ul. Plac Wspólnoty 1, 32-085 Szyce, Poland, and sets out the conditions under which goods may be returned and refunds issued. This policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions concluded between Sanetic and professional buyers acting in the course of their trade or business.
1. Grounds for Return
Returns are accepted on the following grounds.
Defective or non-conforming goods. Where the delivered product contains a manufacturing defect or material fault that was present at the time of delivery, the buyer is entitled to return the product in accordance with this policy and the applicable Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Incorrect goods delivered. Where Sanetic has delivered a product that does not correspond to the order confirmation — incorrect model, specification, or quantity — the buyer is entitled to return the incorrectly delivered goods at no cost.
Goods damaged in transit. Where the product has been damaged during shipping, the buyer must document the damage at the time of delivery and notify Sanetic within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Returns requested for reasons other than those listed above — including change of mind, ordering error on the part of the buyer, or incompatibility with third-party equipment — are accepted at Sanetic’s sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless the defect could not reasonably have been discovered during normal inspection within that timeframe, in which case the provisions of the Warranty Terms & Conditions apply.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the buyer must contact Sanetic in writing at support@corpcleaningsolutions.com and provide the original purchase invoice or order confirmation number, a description of the reason for return, and photographic or video documentation of the issue where applicable.
Sanetic will review the request and respond within 5 business days. If the return is approved, Sanetic will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide instructions for shipping the product back. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging, with all included accessories, documentation, and components. Sanetic reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction to the refund amount if the product is returned incomplete or in a condition beyond what is attributable to the reported defect.
4. Shipping Costs
Where the return is due to a defect, material fault, or an error on the part of Sanetic, all return shipping costs are covered by Sanetic.
Where the return is initiated for any other reason, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping. Sanetic recommends using a tracked shipping service, as responsibility for the product during transit remains with the buyer until the goods are received and confirmed by Sanetic.
5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Sanetic will notify the buyer of the outcome within 5 business days.
If the return is approved, Sanetic will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation. Where a full refund is not applicable — for example, where the product has been partially used or returned incomplete — Sanetic will notify the buyer and issue a partial refund reflecting the condition of the returned goods.
Where agreed between the parties, a credit note or exchange for an equivalent product may be offered in lieu of a monetary refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective upon delivery: custom-configured or made-to-order equipment; products that have been used, installed, or modified after delivery; consumables, filters, pads, and other single-use or hygiene-sensitive components that have been opened or used; products from which serial number labels or manufacturer markings have been removed.
7. Relationship to Warranty Terms
Where a return arises from a product defect covered under Sanetic’s Warranty Terms & Conditions, the warranty procedure takes precedence over this Returns & Refunds Policy. The buyer should refer to the Warranty Terms & Conditions for defect-related claims submitted after 14 days of delivery.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with a return or refund claim shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Kraków, Poland.
