Warranty Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 3, 2025

These Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to all products purchased from SANETIS EU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at ul. Plac Wspólnoty 1, 32-085 Szyce, Poland, and govern the rights and obligations of both parties with respect to product defects and warranty claims. These terms apply exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Sanetic does not sell to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. Warranty Coverage

Sanetic provides a 24-month warranty on all new equipment against manufacturing defects and material faults, calculated from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is specified in the product documentation or the relevant sales contract.

Accessories, consumables, wear parts, and replacement components are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty applies solely to defects that are present at the time of delivery and become apparent during normal use of the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, operation, or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical documentation; damage caused by use of non-original spare parts, accessories, or consumables; normal wear and tear, including but not limited to brushes, pads, filters, seals, belts, and cables; damage resulting from mechanical impact, flooding, fire, or other external causes; defects caused by failure to perform scheduled maintenance as required by the manufacturer; modifications or repairs carried out by parties not authorised by the manufacturer or by Sanetic; damage caused by operating the equipment outside its specified technical parameters or intended use.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the buyer must notify Sanetic in writing within 7 calendar days of discovering the defect at support@corpcleaningsolutions.com. The notification must include the original purchase invoice or order confirmation, a written description of the defect, and photographic or video documentation of the issue.

Upon acceptance of the claim, Sanetic will provide the buyer with a return authorisation and the shipping address for the defective unit. The buyer is responsible for packaging the equipment securely and shipping it to the address indicated by Sanetic.

Claims submitted after the expiry of the warranty period or without the required documentation will not be accepted.

4. Warranty Service

Upon receipt of the defective unit, Sanetic will inspect it and confirm whether the reported defect falls within the scope of the warranty. If the claim is validated, Sanetic will arrange for repair or, at its sole discretion, replacement with an equivalent unit. Warranty service is carried out by Sanetic’s technical team or by an authorised service centre.

Upon completion, the repaired or replacement unit will be returned to the buyer. Return shipping costs for confirmed warranty cases are covered by Sanetic. Inbound shipping costs — i.e. delivery of the defective unit to Sanetic — are borne by the buyer. If the inspection reveals that the defect falls outside the scope of the warranty, the buyer will be notified and all shipping costs, both inbound and outbound, are borne by the buyer.

5. Warranty Period

The 24-month warranty period begins on the date of delivery as documented by the shipping confirmation or delivery receipt. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a repair or replacement carried out under warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sanetic’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Sanetic is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from a product defect, including but not limited to lost profits, operational downtime, or costs of substitute equipment.

Nothing in these terms limits Sanetic’s liability for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with a warranty claim shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Kraków, Poland.
